Collective Haul

Hello beautiful people, we have been shopping for just small bits over the course of these two weeks. So we thought it would be nice to show you what we have purchased.

Recently I (Kirsty) have been loving jewellery. I just love how it can make an outfit a lot more fun and interesting.
So whilst we were paying in forever 21 I saw this hand bracelet (I don't know what you would call it) and  I just had to get it. I think it would look really nice in the summer with maxi dresses and anything really and it only cost £3.60.
Below is a picture of the multipack necklaces I bought from topshop. I love how the chain is thin and that they look really elegant on. £7.50

Sunglasses in the summer is something I like to take my time in finding the perfect pair, and I'm know certain I have. They are black over sized sunglasses from river island.£13.
I also re-purchased the tea tree skincare set from the body shop.£13.

I also had to re-purchase the vo5 straightening lotion because it's amazing. I would say it only would benefit people with non straight hair because the whole reason for it is to make your hair easier to straighten.£5.99.
I also really wanted to try a lip plumper so I bought the soap and glory lip plumping gloss. Now I tried this out earlier today and I must say that I don't think a lot of people will like the feeling of this on the lips because it feels rather tingly. However I do really like it and i'm sure i'm going to get a lot of use out of it.£9.
Hayley also purchased Tanya burr's lip gloss in 'picnic in the park' it's such a beautiful colour and I'm definitely going to buy it soon. £6.99.

Lastly I purchased this jacket however you could call it a thick blazer. I got this from newlook for £34.99.

Hope you enjoyed today's post <3 <3 <3

London

Hello beautiful people, today's reality post is photos of our day in London. If you didn't already know we LOVE London so much. And one day we want to move there. So here is the photo's we took of our day in  London.
This was our short break in Starbucks. We all got very excited when we saw the lady outside with an orange Celine bag and a Prada shopping bag.

Our spring nails. Or should I say Notd.

We found Tanya Burr in Oxford street Super drug. As you can tell there was hardly any stock left.

We weren't posing promise.

Big Ben

I tried to take a photo of Buckingham Palace but I was crossing the road and forgot to zoom in so I suppose it's just a picture of the London taxis.

Hayley and Caitlin being normal.

Salute. I (Kirsty) look a bit scared in this photo it was probably because of how close I was to the solider's sword.

This is all of our favourite picture of the day.
Hope you enjoyed today's picture post. We had a great day in London, wish we never had to leave the beautiful city but i'm sure one day we wont have to. And I would lastly like to say thankyou to Caitlin for letting us use her phone to take the photo's. <3 <3 <3

Spring Hairstyles

Hello Beautiful people, today's post is a tutorial of 4 easy spring hairstyles. The looks are no heat required. All you will need are some hair ties, bobby pins and hairspray.
Let's get started:

Look number 1.
This look is inspired by Danielle Bernstein who you may know as we wore what on instagram or her amazing blog http://weworewhat.com/ . Also our best friend Caitlin pulls this look of amazingly http://eatsleepandfashion.blogspot.co.uk/ .

Step 1.  Brush through your hair so there is no knots and your hair is easy to work with.

Step 2.  Parten your hair in half and tie up into bunches half way on both sides.

Step 3. plait both of the bunches.

Step 4. And then bring them over the top of your head so they are on the opposite side. And secure them with a few bobby pins to keep them in place. And spray some hairspray if you want to.

This is what it looks like from the back.

This is what it looks like on the top of the head.  If you want you can pull at the plaits to make them have a messy look.
And this is what it looks like at the front.

Look number 2.

Step 1. Brush through all of your hair and put your head upside down and french braid your hair until you get to the top of your head. If you don't know how to french braid then I recommend you watch some youtube videos because I cant really explain it that well, sorry.

Step 2. Then grab all of your hair and put it up into a ponytail.

Step 3. Twist the ponytail.

Step 4. And then twist it into a bun and secure with a hair tie and if needed add a few bobby pins to make sure the bun won't fall out during the day.

This is what it looks like at the back of my head.

And this is what it looks like at the front of my head.

Look number 3.
Section your hair so your parten is in the middle

Braid your hair within those 2 sections

Taking the braid place at the back of your head then grip it together with a bobby pin

This is what one section should look like

Then do the exact same to the other section so it looks like this
Then take all of your hair and tie as if you are creating a low pony tail when right at the end loop it instead of pulling all of the hair to make a saggy bun type thing

This is what it looks like

Look number 4.
French plait your hair into 2 sections like this

Wrap each plait around each other at the back of your head

This is what it looks like

Divergent;Review

Hello Beautiful people, today's post is a review of the film Divergent.
Today we went to watch Divergent and OMG it was really really good!! The thing is though me and Kirsty tend to get into films way too much....as soon as the film is over we act as if we are in the film and yep we know it sounds a bit weird but we always seem to want to be the actors :/

Anyway, if you like action adventure, clever people or really cute moments then you will LOVE Divergent....i am not going to give away the film too much but all i am going to say is it involves a really HOT guy and it involves tension, and if you are like us who cry at The Little Mermaid,Tangled or any films like that then you will probably have a lump in your throat....

The actors/actresses are Kate Winslet, Theo James,  Shailene Woodley, Ashley Judd  (these are the main characters).

If you are intrigued to watch Divergent i highly recommend you go because it is seriously an amazing film, also it has some sense of the hunger games storyline however it is completely different if that makes sense? So if you are a hunger games fan then you might like Divergent!!

Sooooo everyone should watch Divergent ahaha :)
Hope you liked today's post it is something different so we hope you like it<3 <3 <3

Red, Pink, Nude

Hello beautiful people, today's post is a small filler which wasn't planned. But I was looking in my lip draw and thought I would share my 3 favourite lip products I have been loving from the last few weeks.

I am a huge fan of lip gloss. I don't think a look is finished with out it. So as it is also getting hotter because it is spring. This means  I can wear a lot more bright lips. My favourite.
And my 2 Favourite lip glosses have been:
Tanya Burr lip gloss-Vampire Kiss
Revlon colourburst lip gloss- adorned
Also i love nude lips so my favouride nude lipstick has been:
L'Oreal lipstick- Cheryl's nude
Here is a swatch of them all.

As you can probably tell the two lip glosses are very pigmented and bright. Also I feel like the formulas are really similar to each other because they have quit a thick consistency so you don't need a lot really and they have the same finish.
The nude lipstick is also got a glossy finish and is sheer which is perfect for me because i'm not aloud to wear hardly any makeup at school (but to be far they don't really care).

Hope you enjoyed today's little post. If all goes to plan there should be another post tomorrow <3 <3 <3
