My favourites from LFW!

London fashion week is probably the most exciting to catch up on for me, personally I think it's because it's in my favourite city and it feels extremely close to my house (even though I don't live in London) although some people would say they are all the same just in different places I think each city is different...you see different street styles and different cultures!
Amanda Wakely! Well she has done amazing;the whole collection was by far my favourite! I think it all looks feminine, sophisticated, beautiful and classy! The white gives it a delicate effect!
She incorporated a match between dresses and two pieces (skirts and tops, trousers and tops)
This is one outfit from her show:
Even the hair and makeup is beautiful!
Next it is the street style from London Fashion Week! I love seeing different outfits a variety of people wear so whenever it is fashion week looking at millions each day is very exciting! Anyway unfortunately I don't know who this is but her outfit is beautiful. The different shades of green contrast perfectly.
Her hat and bag fit perfectly with the block colour in the middle of her top! I just love it!
Finally it is Marks and Spencer's collection.
Marks and Spencer's target audience were elderly people however within the past 2 years or so I have noticed some more trendy, modern clothing out in stores. After seeing pictures from the show I kind of got a feel from Kim Kardashian inspired look with the long coats and midi skirts (even though these aren't bodycon midi skirts.) I love love the shoes on the right I think they are classy as they don't have a chunky soul and they have pointed ends at the toe. Well to be honest I love everything on both outfits! The colours all contrast well together and the 'dressing gown' coat looks super cosy but still street style!

Hope you enjoyed today's post! I love doing these posts so I think I will do another Milan favourites next Wednesday!❤️❤️❤️

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini

Today's post is inspired by the lovely Cheryl. At the moment on Xfactor Cheryl's makeup has been looking flawless for every show. The colours she has been wearing are browns, golds and bronzy colours. Unfortunately this was the best photo I could find that kind of showed you what look I was going for:

The eyes:
First prime your eyes, I used my sample of the urban decay primer potion.
Then I used half baked eyeshadow from the urban decay naked 2 palette all over my eyelid.
Through the crease and outer corner I used sandstone from the stilla palete. I also apply it under my eyes.
On my lash line I used blackout from the urban decay naked 2 palette.
Then I used the stilla brown pencil through my waterline top and bottom.
Next I applyed my Rimmel wonderful mascara to the tops and bottoms of my lashes.

Cheeks:
I used my NYC sunny bronzer to bronze up my face.
Then I applyed my favourite blush at the moment which is the clarins Miami pink blush.

Lips:
I applyed mac impassioned lipstick,
Then I used a little bit of my clear plumping lipgloss from soap and glory.

Hope you enjoyed today's post ❤️❤️❤️

My favourites from NYFW

After keeping up to date with New York fashion week I decided to share my favourites from a variety of shows.
First up it is the Michael Kors 'optimistic chic'
I absolutely Love this design! I think the belt detailing makes it interesting and just amazing I love how it wraps around the models upper waist. The colours compliment each other and it just shouts summer!
Next is the Jenny Peckenham 'Marilyn Monroe' inspired collection. These two were just a couple of my favourites from the show however each design has it's own contribute to the Marilyn Monroe specification. The colours are subtle which makes the coutures elegant and beautiful! I love the high neck element and how it goes in at the waist as it gives it a nice shape! Also I love the vintage/retro theme going along with it being Marilyn Monroe inspired.
Finally my last favourite is the House of Herrera (Caroline Herrera) collection! I love how it all looks chic and I'm going to say effortless! It is very feminine and I love  the light colours involved. I can use these designs as inspirations for next seasons trend!
I hope you enjoyed today's post there will be a LFW favourites on Wednesday! Although none of these are my own photos I wish one day I will be taking them myself! ❤️❤️❤️

Caitlin does Kirsty's makeup

So Caitlin has never EVER applied makeup EVER!! So we thought it would be fun if she applied my makeup on me and this is photos of the process and the finished look...
(Ignore my tired face)
This was the finished look. I must say I was pretty shocked on how it turned out, I was expecting it to not be as good as it turned out. The only main improvement I would have to say is to practise the bronzer.

Hope you enjoyed today's post it was hilarious doing it and if you want to see a kim kardashian inspired makeup and outfit post then go check out Caitlin's blog post. ❤️❤️❤️

Everyday makeup with 2 options

This makeup look is perfect for school or those days you want to just look very natural. In my autumn post I said I would do a seperate post of the makeup look so that's why I have decided to show two different lip options. So let's begin:

1. First of all prep your skin with your normal skin care routine and I also applied the benefit porefessional as my primer.

2.
Then I applied my base makeup
• Body Shop Tea Tree BB cream
• Mac Prolongwear Concealer
• Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

3.

Next I added colours to my cheeks with these products:
• Chanel Bronzing Base
• Clarins Blush In Miami Pink
• Mac Mineralize Skinfinish In Soft And Gentle

3.

After that I went and applied my mascara and filled in my brows. I also just did a first impressions of this mascara. And I have to say I absolutely love it!
• Dirty Works Eyelash Curlers
• Rimmel Wonderfull Mascara
• Mac Eyeshadow in Omega

4.

This is the lip combination I wear for my everyday makeup which is:
• Topshop Lipstick In Innocent
• Loreal Lipstick In Cherlys Nude
• Barry M Lipgloss In Toffee

5.
This is the lipstick i wore in the autumn post:
• Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick In 101
And this is what it looks like on...
I would wear this lip if I was to go out shopping or going out in the evening any where really.

Hope you enjoyed today's post. I am going to do more makeup looks on my blog so keep your eyes peeled ❤️❤️❤️

London street style| Collaboration part 1

Hi everyone today's post is a collaboration with eatsleepandfashion.blogspot.co.uk/?m=1 (Caitlin)
We decided to do a blog post on day and evening wear in London so there will be one evening outfit on my post and one day outfit on my post and vice versa! We are not saying that these are the outfits that are always around London they are just our inspirations of what we believe is 'London street style'. Let's get started...
Day-Hayley
High neck white top-ASOS
Black Joni jeans- Topshop
Red 'mulberry' bag- Turkey
Black boot heels-Next

Skinny jeans are a must have within this time period so I paired my jeans with a high neck top because within the past year they have been slowly creeping there way in everyone's wardrobes. For the shoes I have my boots that are always seen in the streets of London. Finally for the bag, I wore my 'mulberry' that is guaranteed to be everywhere in a wealthy place like London. Although mine  is fake I have seen a lot of colourful bags which are mainly designer so that is my inspired look.

Evening- Caitlin
Playsuit- boohoo.com
Blazer-Wallis
Sandals-Newlook
Seeing as London is a mahoosive place walking around in heels are not really an option, sandals however are extremely easy to walk in especially if you are getting the tube to your destination, as well as they seal the outfit together. The blazer makes the look more classy with the way it is tailored at the shoulders. But it also has an element of the 'boyfriend trend' with how it is slightly oversized. Monochrome as I said in the day outfit is a common trend in 2014 so we are both going along with that theme I guess. Caitlin decided to wear a playsuit as it makes the outfit more unique by it not being a dress. She finalised her outfit with  messy hair to complete her well-dressed evening look.
Hope you enjoyed today's collaboration! Make sure you go over to Caitlin's blog where you will see my intake of a London evening look and her day look! ❤️❤️❤️
