The naked 2 palette

Hello beautiful people, I'm so excited to say that I now own one of the beautiful urban decay naked palette's. I have wanted one of these for the longest time but I kept putting it off because of how much it is. So I finally decided to just save and buy the naked 2. Here are some photos of my new love

The naked 2 palette comes with a free double ended brush, which is so soft and has to be one of the best eye brushes I own. It also comes with 4 samples of the eye primers
-Original
-Sin
-Anti ageing
-Eden
The colour of the eyeshadow's are all different this is the description of them on the debenhams website
  • Busted (deep brown w/shimmery finish)
  • Blackout (blackest black w/matte finish)
  • Pistol (light greyish brown w/shimmery finish)
  • Verve (oyster w/shimmery finish)
  • Booty Call (shimmery cork)
  • Foxy (cream bisque w/matte finish)
  • Half Baked (golden-bronze w/shimmery finish)
  • Chopper (copper shimmer w/silver micro glitter)
  • Snake Bite (dark bronze shimmer w/metallic base)
  • Suspect (pale golden beige w/shimmery finish)
  • Tease (creamy pale brown w/matte finish)
  • YDK (cool bronze shimmer w/metallic base)

I'm very excited to go and experiment with this palette now. It will be featured in future blog post's  like makeup looks etc. I hope you enjoyed today's post and there will be a fashion related post next weekend bye for now ❤️❤️❤️

Pop of colour

Hello beautiful people, so I can now say it is nearly summer. Finally. So taking advantage of this gorgeous weather I thought I would share some colourful makeup which I love to wear in the summer. I have to say my favourite makeup season is summer cause there is more colour and a variety of things you can do with it. But I know a lot of people don't tend to go too daring because it is out of the usual comfort zone. So this summer I have set myself a mission and that is to experiment and wear some colour on my face. Here is some of the things I love and will wear more often.
Mac lipstick-candy yum yum (matte finish)
Mac lipstick-impassioned (amplified finish)
Mac eyeshadow- red brick
Nyx roll on shimmer- platinum
Nyx blush-mocha
Maybelline colour tattoo- endless purple
Here is a swatch of them all:

Hope you all enjoyed today's post ❤️❤️❤️

Mini banoffee pie recipe

Hello beautiful people today's post is how to make mini banoffee pies!!
First you will need:
Caramel:
Brown sugar-100g
Condensed milk-can full
Butter-100g
Biscuit base:
Plain digestive biscuits-250g
Butter-100g
Topping:
Double cream
Bananas X2

Method:
1.) put biscuits in a sandwich bag and smash with a rolling pin until they are crumbs/or you can put biscuits in a large bowl and smash them up.
2.) Then melt the butter in a microwave for about 40-50 seconds at 800W. If your microwave doesn't not have 800W put it in there for longer I would say about 1 minute
3.) Then take the melted butter and stir into the crumbed biscuits until the biscuits have absorbed the butter.
4.) Then taking the buttered crumbs put a couple of spoonfuls in a glass and then using a smaller cup level and combine the base together.
5.) Pop them in the fridge to set for about 20 minutes (I managed to make six with the measurements)
6.) Then taking a saucepan put the stove onto a low temperature and melt the other 100g of butter.
7.) Add the brown sugar and stir, stir, stir you can't stop or it will stick to the pan.
8.) When the sugar has dissolved into the melted butter add the condensed milk and again stir stir stir
9.) When the caramel has got a bit thicker and started to boil take off the heat and just stir until it has cooled down a little bit.
10.) Place a couple of spoonfuls of caramel on top of the biscuit base to act as another layer
11.) place in the fridge for about an hour to let it set
12.) When 50 minutes has gone by whisk the soluble cream until it is thick
13.) Then slice the bananas and place on top of the caramel to act as another layer
14.) Then add the cream and add a slice of banana on top or you could grate chocolate on top
Hope you liked today's post!! These are REALLY yummy by the way!! ❤️❤️❤️

Fashion police blogger style #Metgala

Hello beautiful people today's post is reviewing some chosen dresses from the met gala, this is a collaboration with Caitlin http://eatsleepandfashion.blogspot.co.uk ! We have done 4 likes and 2 dislikes on both blogs so go check out Caitlin's blog :)

Likes:

Me (Hayley) - My favourite dress from the Met gala was no question Kendall Jenner's who's wearing topshop!! She looked so beautiful and the dress fitted her perfectly. The tailoring of Kendall's dress is beautiful the way it shows of her figure is perfect. The pearl pink colour of the dress compliments Kendall's skin tone and the necklace is perfect for her look. Overall Kendall looks flawless!!Love, love, love!! Also the mermaid bottom of the dress gives the finished look and makes the dress more individual!! Topshop did an amazing job on Kendall's,Jourdan Dunn,Toni Garns and Chanel Imans dresses!
My 2nd favourite dress was Beyoncè who wore Givenchy. She looked beautiful in her black beaded Givenchy Courture!! The veil and 3D detailing makes the dress captivating as well as elegant! For some strange reason I feel she has put a modern twist to a 30's dress, maybe it's just the head accesorie that reminds me of the 30's (now it sounds like I was born then but it reminds me of the great gatsby or something like that) As always Beyoncè looked perfect especially how the slit in the dress and low v neck showed her figure but it was quite subtle not something major ,it was respectful.
Caitlin's Favourites
Niomi Watts- I love this dress she looks like a classy ombrè mermaid!! I like that the dress is just mesh with the little scales on, and the transparent section at the bottom keeps it playful but still sophisticated. I am a fan of a high neck line and long sleeves so I obviously love that aspect of the dress!
Lea Michelle- This whole look is just timeless and elegant. For me at first glance I was undecided about  the ruffled material in the middle, but after looking again I just think it works. Lea could have easily gone  for a short prom style dress and looked child-ish, but she went for a Classic Hollywood glamour look and showed that she is a mature young woman with a great sense of style.
Dislikes:
Hayley- Zoe Saldana who's wearing Michael Kors. I dislike this dress because the bottom looks like a curtain that decided to go in and out. It's creative and daring to wear however I don't think it suited a red carpet. The halter neck dress is not my cup of tea however some people may like the dress so yeah that's all I really have to say about it.
Caitlin- Cara Delevinge well ..... I don't know what to say about this! It's not a bad look and she pulls it off well, buts it's just not right for this type of occasion! It looks like she is going to a party not a Met Gala which is crammed full of celebrities! I do like the fact that she has been brave enough to wear trousers to a posh event but I just think, unfortunately, it has back fired!
That's the end of our analysis of the Met Gala hope you enjoyed today's post , I would like to do these review blogposts in the future as it's really fun <3<3<3

April Favourites

Hello beautiful people, may the 4th be with you. Today we are going to share with you our favourites of last month. So lets begin...

Soap and glory hand cream has been my holy grail product of the past month and i'm sure it will be for the rest of the spring/summer as I don't suffer that much with dry hands in this part of the year.
Benefit porefessional has been a gift from God, its amazing. As you can probably tell I have only got a sample however when I run out I will buy the full size.
The Body Shop Lip Butter this is just a lovely moisturizing lip butter and it smells like star-burst so its amazing.
Mac single eye shadow in Goldbit I have had this for ages but I brought it back out and have been loving it with a wing look.
Maybelline Color whisper  this is actually one of my favourite lipsticks for the spring/summer and I was very grateful to get it for a present from Caitlin last year when she went to florida so thanks Cailtin.
Topshop heart necklace, I love how this makes an outfit look lovely and elegant.

Natural lighting

Tanya Burr lipgloss in picnic in the park this is actually Hayley's only beauty favourite of the past month. But this is such a gorgeous colour and it smells like strawberry laces so bonus really. We are both huge fans of Tanya Burrs collection so if you haven't all ready purchased anything then you should otherwise you are missing out big time.

Film of the month hands down has to be frozen. Now I have to admit I doubted this film before I watched it because everyone was always singing the songs and it was getting annoying, but now after watching it I get why everyone was singing it all the time.

Random Favourites...
App of the month is Vine we have just been really enjoying vine it's so funny. And  Nash Grier is just BEAUTIFUL.
Song of the month is stay high (habbits remix) by Tove Lo.
Drink of the month is the naked blueberry smoothie. Its so nice.

Hope you enjoyed today's post <3 <3 <3
