First you will need:
Caramel:
Brown sugar-100g
Condensed milk-can full
Butter-100g
Biscuit base:
Plain digestive biscuits-250g
Butter-100g
Topping:
Double cream
Bananas X2
Method:
1.) put biscuits in a sandwich bag and smash with a rolling pin until they are crumbs/or you can put biscuits in a large bowl and smash them up.
2.) Then melt the butter in a microwave for about 40-50 seconds at 800W. If your microwave doesn't not have 800W put it in there for longer I would say about 1 minute
3.) Then take the melted butter and stir into the crumbed biscuits until the biscuits have absorbed the butter.
4.) Then taking the buttered crumbs put a couple of spoonfuls in a glass and then using a smaller cup level and combine the base together.
5.) Pop them in the fridge to set for about 20 minutes (I managed to make six with the measurements)
6.) Then taking a saucepan put the stove onto a low temperature and melt the other 100g of butter.
7.) Add the brown sugar and stir, stir, stir you can't stop or it will stick to the pan.
8.) When the sugar has dissolved into the melted butter add the condensed milk and again stir stir stir
9.) When the caramel has got a bit thicker and started to boil take off the heat and just stir until it has cooled down a little bit.
10.) Place a couple of spoonfuls of caramel on top of the biscuit base to act as another layer
11.) place in the fridge for about an hour to let it set
12.) When 50 minutes has gone by whisk the soluble cream until it is thick
13.) Then slice the bananas and place on top of the caramel to act as another layer
14.) Then add the cream and add a slice of banana on top or you could grate chocolate on top
